Les Deck is an accomplished executive coach. His work with a full variety of C-level executives has helped his clients to identify, therefore eliminate barriers to growth.

Les is a strong advocate for peer groups. For more than sixteen years he chaired Vistage CEO groups in Florida. He also trained other Chairs for several years and served as a best practice Chair group facilitator. He volunteered as a breakout group presenter at several Chair World conferences. In short, he was all in for Vistage. In a Vistage group, trusted peers help each other advance their leadership skills and make better decisions. He believes Vistage offers an immense advantage for business decision-makers who join.

Before he was 30, Les formed RPM Deck Grating, a manufacturing company, which he later sold to Harsco. He also founded a grating distribution company and was a founding associate of SHC Direct, a Chicago-area loyalty marketing firm. He served SHCD as both senior vice president of sales and marketing and chief operating officer.

Les began coaching entire leadership teams several years ago and continues to serve a broad variety of clients as a coach and strategic planning facilitator.
